Alex John Beck is a creative director, photographer, and digital journalist born and raised in London, and educated in Washington, DC and New York City.

Alex started his career working on commercial photography campaigns, designing art books, and working with international NGOs.

Now based between Europe and the United States, Alex John Beck explores stories related to technology, history, style, and photography, using all types of media.

Though he's still looking for an analog print lab in Amsterdam, alex has a master's degree in digital innovation and is a lifelong tinkerer and autodidact. His Github commit graph is mostly pale green / svelte.
